Assesment Team on Stand-by

An advance team is preparing and awaiting departure information in order to make an early on-site assessment trip into Haiti.

This small, "sprinter" team will be led by Brian Heerwagen, Executive Director of DELTA Ministries.  Brian's energies will be focused on solidifying strategic partnerships.  He will be accompanied by Pastors Mike Vermace and Dave Proehl from Abundant Life Church and Paramedic/First Responder Capt. Brian Rooney.

Captain Rooney will be focusing his expertise on helping identify logistical needs for several clinics.  Pastor Dave will be focusing his efforts on visually documenting potential project areas- including church and clinic sites - for use in team preparation and awareness back home.  Pastor Mike will be developing logistical strategies for team development, and share his grief counseling experience.  Additional team members may be included should resources allow.

Please pray for God's perfect timing allowing the team to get into Haiti soon to begin this critical first step in the relief process...building and restoring hope for the hurting.
